We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 2.3 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your payment details. 3.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. 3.4 Samoosa Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

4. Delivery

4.1 We offer delivery services within specified regions. Delivery fees and times vary based on location and order size. 4.2 We strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery time; however, we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 4.3 Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. 5.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. 5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Return and Refund Policy

  

Samoosa Supply Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Samoosa Supply, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our resellers. Our Returns Policy provides clear guidelines on how returns are handled. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Only defective products or products damaged during delivery are eligible for returns.

2.2 The following criteria must be met for a return to be considered:

  • The products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, must accompany the return request.
  • The products must be inspected and approved for return by Samoosa Supply.

3. Non-Returnable Items

3.1 The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the reseller.
  • Products returned without prior authorization from Samoosa Supply.
  • Products that are not defective or damaged during delivery.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team at info@samoosasupply.co.za within the return notification period to initiate a return.
  • Provide detailed information, including the nature of the defect or damage, and attach any relevant photos.

4.2 Return Authorization:

  • Upon approval of the return request, Samoosa Supply will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The RMA number must be included with the returned products.

4.3 Packaging and Shipping:

  • Ensure that the products are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • The reseller is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned products back to Samoosa Supply, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items shipped).

4.4 Inspection and Approval:

  • Once the returned products are received, Samoosa Supply. will inspect them to verify their condition.
  • If the products are deemed eligible for return, a refund, replacement, or credit will be issued as outlined below.

5. Refunds, Replacements, and Credits

5.1 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned products.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Replacements:

  • If requested, eligible returned products will be replaced with the same product or an alternative of equal value, subject to availability.

5.3 Credits:

  • If preferred, a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned products, which can be applied to future orders.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Damaged During Delivery:

  • If the products were damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage.
  • Damaged products will be eligible for return, replacement, or credit, as outlined in Section 5.

6.2 Defective Products:

  • If the products are found to be defective, please follow the return process outlined in Section 4.
  • Defective products are eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit, as described in Section 5.

7. Discrepancies and Disputes

7.1 Discrepancies:

  • Any discrepancies between the order and the products received must be reported to Samoosa Supply within 2 days of receipt.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Reseller Agreement.
